Hello, I am the Careers Lead at All Saints Academy, Plymouth. I have been doing this role for two years and I have also been coordinating the work experience programme for three years. I have completed the Teach First Careers Leader course along with the Careers & Development Institute’s Certificate in Careers Leadership. I have also achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance. I really enjoy supporting young people with their career journey and helping them gain employer experiences and skills to enable them to achieve their chosen career goals. Pete Keegan Careers SLT
Hi, I oversee careers education at All Saints Academy Plymouth. I have a background in product design and carpentry prior to becoming a teacher in 2006. I am passionate about raising aspirations and showing students the exciting world of opportunities they could strive towards. I believe it is vitally important to match the skills and qualifications students leave the academy with to the demand for skills in the city and beyond. This means we make strong links with employers wherever we can. I also know students are never too young to start considering their future career. You can reach me at: peter.keegan@asap.org.uk

Gemma Mayhew Careers South West Careers Advisor
I am Gemma Mayhew and I am a Careers Development Consultant for CSW Group. I give independent information, advice, and guidance to young people about their future and education options. This is to help people be more aware of the options available and see whether there might be something that best suits them with their aims for the future.
I can meet up with you in-person, over the phone or virtually. This may also include your guardian. During our catch up we might discuss: Your interests. What you enjoy learning about. The range of options you have and how to find out more information. Discuss any careers ideas you have for the future and how to find out more about these as a starting point. Any other questions you may have around careers and future steps.
We may meet up more than once during the year and I will continue to be available for support.
